We are seeking a Senior Software Engineerto join our Splash team!
In This Role, You Will:
  • Design and implement scalable, robust, and flexible integration solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations with external systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Zoom.
  • Work with AWS cloud native technologies to evolve an existing PHP stack.
  • Collaborate with your Scrum team to scope, estimate, implement, and test new features and fixes, delivering them with a predictable, timely cadence and communicating proactively so others can depend on you.
  • Share knowledge and mentor other engineers on good practices, technologies, and patterns.
  • Contribute to platform stability and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with some of the best engineers in the industry to work on complex Software as a Service (SaaS) based applications.

Here's What You Need:
  • 6+ years of experience as a professional software engineer in a full stack or backend-focused role.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js and Java.
  • Willingness to learn and work with PHP.
  • Experience designing and managing systems that move and synchronize data across platforms at scale.
  • Excellent software design, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and result-oriented culture.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in distributed or fully remote teams.
  • Proficiency with AWS and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency with PHP.
  • Experience developing with React as part of a team.

Hybrid: 2 days in office

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $120,000 - $150,000 annually + bonus depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package, details of which can be found here.
