Role Overview

Weโ€™re hiring a hungry, entrepreneurial Account Sales Manager to land and grow corporate & institutional catering accounts. Youโ€™ll be focused on closing businesses, schools, and healthcare orgs that want healthy, recurring meal solutions for their people.
This is a commission-only role, ideal for someone who thrives on results and wants to build a book of business with residual income potential.
What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Prospect and close accounts for recurring corporate meal programs.
  • Build lasting relationships with HR teams, admins, and school directors.
  • Customize meal solutions for each clientโ€™s needs.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service.
  • Attend networking events, conduct tastings, and build pipeline.
What Youโ€™ll Earn

Full Commission Structure:
  • Up to 20% commission on all first orders (close bonus)
  • Up to 10% residual commission on client spend for 12 months

  • 5% bonus on event/catering upsells
