Do you have lightning-fast hands, a passion for bold flavors, and a love for sizzling, high-energy kitchens? Atlas Restaurant Group is looking for a Wok Line Cook who’s ready to turn up the fire and bring authentic wok creations to life!

This isn’t your average line cook gig—our Wok Line Cooks are culinary artists, flavor chasers, and team players who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. If you’re all about precision, presentation, and putting on a show behind the line, we want you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Mastering wok-specific menu items with precision and flair
Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for action
Following recipes and plating specs that wow every time
Operating kitchen equipment like a pro
Staying sharp on food safety and sanitation
Learning, evolving, and staying on top of culinary trends in Chinese cuisine and dim sum
Helping manage inventory and food costs

You’ll Crush It If You:
Have at least 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
Know your way around a wok and love Asian cuisine
Can multitask like a champ and keep cool under pressure
Are reliable, respectful, and thrive in team environments
Bring energy, passion, and creativity to every shift
Have (or are willing to get) a valid food handler’s certification

Bonus Points If You:
Have a high school diploma or some college culinary training
Have experience with sushi prep or other Asian-inspired techniques
Love learning and sharing new cooking methods with your team
