Job description

Atlas Air Comfort is hiring experienced HVAC / Heat Pump Installers for residential installations.

We are looking for reliable technicians or subcontractor crews who can install heat pumps, air handlers, ductless mini-splits, and related HVAC equipment in homes across North Carolina.

Responsibilities include:

Install residential heat pump systems
Install indoor and outdoor HVAC equipment
Connect refrigerant lines, electrical, drain lines, and ductwork as required
Perform basic system startup and testing
Follow local code, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements
Communicate professionally with customers and office team
Complete jobs cleanly and on schedule

Requirements:

Experience with HVAC or heat pump installation
Own tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license
EPA certification preferred
North Carolina HVAC license or ability to work under proper licensing is a strong plus
Subcontractor crews are welcome to apply
