Job description

Title: Software Engineer/SQL Developer
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration: 6 months
Locations:โ€“ Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
As a Software Engineer/SQL Developer, you will-ย 
Design and develop SQL Server stored procedures, T-SQL queries, views, and functions.
Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes across multiple data sources (RDBMS, JSON, XML, flat files).
Troubleshoot ETL issues and support production deployments (including nights/weekends).
Create release documentation and manage deployments across environments.
Follow DevOps practices using TFS/Azure DevOps; support SIT/UAT testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-project rotations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience software engineering with strong SQL Server (2017+) experience.
Experience in SSIS development and complex SQL query optimization.
Experience with C# for SSIS script tasks.
Familiarity with Autosys, SQL Agent, and DevOps tools.
Experience with Azure Synapse, Fabric, GitHub Copilot.
Familiarity with Python, PowerShell.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other cloud integrations.
Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
