Job Description We are seeking a Solution Architect, CRM & Digital Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and adjacent CRM integrations and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring flawless day-to-day campaign operations. Responsibilities: Own operational health of SFMC campaigns, automations, and journeys, proactively monitoring sends, data flows, and triggers, and resolving issues before business impact. Architect, build, and deploy automations, triggered journeys, and personalized experiences using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS as needed. Serve as primary technical project manager across concurrent requests, triaging priorities, scoping feasibility, and managing timelines for CRM, Retention, Product, Data, and Creative stakeholders. Design, build, and maintain scalable SFMC data models in Contact Builder and Data Extensions, partnering with Data Engineering on data integrity and flow. Act as technical escalation point for integrations between SFMC and adjacent platforms, including Marketing Cloud Connect, APIs, mobile push, and CDPs. Scope and implement new SFMC-adjacent integrations that support personalization and business goals. Establish and document technical standards, build patterns, and QA protocols to ensure consistency, scalability, and auditability. Evaluate new SFMC features and tools, recommending adoption to improve efficiency and campaign performance. Provide informal technical guidance and troubleshooting support to CRM marketers and analysts. Partner with senior leadership on technical roadmap planning for CRM and lifecycle initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years in a Solution Architect or senior technical CRM role with deep, hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise. Expert-level proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions. Strong hands-on AMPScript and SQL. Working knowledge of SSJS preferred. Experience with SFMC APIs and integrating SFMC with external systems such as CDPs, mobile push, and data warehouses. Proven project management capability to prioritize competing requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong understanding of data modeling and audience segmentation at scale. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills: Experience with Braze or other ESPs in addition to SFMC. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms such as Hightouch, mParticle, or Tealium. Knowledge of email compliance and privacy legislation, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and CCPA. Experience in streaming, subscription, or D2C industries. Comfort in a live-content or sports-driven environment. SFMC certification such as Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
