• Ensure data flow and integration between Data Cloud and other Salesforce clouds (Sales,
Service, Marketing, Experience, Personalization)
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest data from external sources and transform it into
usable format with Data Cloud.
• Implement data models, identity resolution strategies, and harmonization techniques to create
a unified customer profile.
• Develop solutions for activating data within Data cloud for segments and audiences for
marketing campaigns.
• Maintain data governance, security, and compliance practices.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Conduct rigorous QA, A/B testing, and validation of campaigns across devices and platforms.
• Recommend improvements based on performance metrics and user behavior.
• Partner with architects, designers, and marketers to translate business requirements into
technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and deployment processes.
SFDC Development
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and its functionality.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, connectors, and middleware tools like MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement is a plus
Qualifications:
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
