The Business Development Representative assists Centaris Business Development Executives with sales campaigns to generate new clients which includes running marketing campaigns, client outreach, and using marketing and CRM tools to generate prospects. The successful candidate will possess a strong client focus and be self-motivated.


Job Details



Responsibilities:


  • Navigate HubSpot CRM and Marketing Tools such as Zoom Info
  • Proactive engagement with Business Development Team to assist them in the sales process
  • Proactive client outreach via email, phone call, and through educational events to help the Business Development Team drive demand
  • Track client engagement in HubSpot CRM and keeps track of forecasted opportunities
  • Assist with product and services quotes
  • Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage client expectations
  • Assist with lead management and proactively attempt to engage with prior Centaris leads
  • Provide professional timely responses to clients and team members with service-oriented attitude
Requirements:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or related field (or related degree/equivalent combination of work experience)
  • IT experience is preferred but not required
