Job Description

P.M. Supervisors are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards, deliver great guest service and prepare the store for end of day closure. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Strong guest focus - greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service.
  • Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations.
  • Delegates tasks, maintains quality and quantity of all products during shifts.
  • Welcome and assist in training of new crew members.
  • Properly handle customer complaints, resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency.
  • Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully with a team approach.
  • Maintains clean workstations, guest areas, and exterior as needed.
  • Operates coffee, sandwich, ovens and other equipment to prepare, package and deliver menu items.
  • POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy.
  • Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned as needed.

Operational Standards

  • Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures.
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Capable of counting money and making change
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
  • Nights, weekends and holiday are required.
