Overview:
Are you passionate about running and love helping others achieve their goals? As a Coach at Fleet Feet, you'll be the heartbeat of our community training programs providing encouragement, motivation, and on-site support for runners and walkers of all levels. Reporting to the Training Program Lead, you'll guide participants through training sessions, promote safety, and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

What You'll Do:
  • Support and encourage participants at scheduled training sessions.
  • Assist with day-of logistics such as warm-ups, cool-downs, hydration stations, and safety protocols.
  • Provide basic tips and guidance on topics like pacing, form, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with the Training Program Lead to ensure smooth and enjoyable sessions.
  • Foster a sense of community, inclusion, and camaraderie among participants.
  • Be a visible and positive ambassador for Fleet Feet at all training events.
