Job Summary
Create a positive, high-energy environment that keeps athletes coming back. Maximize retention with elite coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability. Adapt movements for every individual, teach proper technique, and keep safety first. As a D1 Coach, you'll:

What You'll Do: Ignite the Fire
  • Coach with unstoppable energy: Lead memberships, 1-on-1s, small groups, and teams with hype music, loud motivation, perfect cues, and seamless transitions.

Responsibilities
Foster a motivating environment, maximize retention with top-tier service, adapt movements safely, prioritize technique, and reduce injury risk.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Certifications (Required): AED/CPR/First Aid + at least one of: NSCA-CSCS, NSCA-CPT, NASM-CPT/PES, USAW-Level 1. Level 1 Certified the D1 Way.
  • Experience: 1+ year in strength & conditioning (group, team, or personal training).
  • Education: Bachelor's in Exercise Science or related (preferred).
  • You: High-energy, extroverted leader passionate about training all ages, expert in strength/speed/nutrition, team player who adapts, organizes, and thrives on flexible hours (evenings, weekends, events).

Coach Compensation Structure
Administrative: $15/hr (meetings, events, programming, cleaning)
Coaching:
