Team Members work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks performed each shift in order to meet the daily operational needs of the company. Team Members may work in a different position each shift within the areas of 'front of house' or 'back of house' and report to the corresponding director of those areas. Daily positions can include but are not limited to: breader, dishwasher, boards, fries, drinks, cashier, runner, expeditor, drive-thru, outdoor order taker, hospitality, delivery driver, off-site sales and events, putting away truck, prep, or catering. Team Members ensure that every customer receives the best experience by going above and beyond expectations each day.
While cross-training on multiple positions is a part of the job; we are seeking individuals that can jump right into the driving position of the restaurant: breader. As a breader you serve as the cook, hand breading the filets and nuggets. You may also learn to operate the machines or fryers; preparing meals (salads, sandwiches, mac-n-cheese, etc.).
This is a back-of-house position with opportunity to train in the front-of-house.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
