Job description

Car Runner - Need a vehicle in good condition. Must have valid driver's license and insurance on your vehicle. Shall deliver documents to appropriate businesses per the instructions provided on ScottHulse, P.C. errand requests. Will be reimbursed for mileage. All runners distribute interoffice material to the appropriate parties. This is to include, but not limited to U.S. Mail, Archived files, Memos, hand deliveries, incoming Fax's incoming overnight packages, etc. Shall deliver documents to the appropriate parties in the downtown area or more specifically within one half mile radius of the law firm by foot. Will collect all outgoing mail throughout the Firm and deliver to the mail room where it is the responsibility of the runner who has been trained to meter all out-going mail and see to it that mail is then taken to the post office for proper handling. Runners will re-stock all copy rooms with office supplies. Shall maintain a professional appearance and attitude when in and out of our floors.  Other duties as assigned by supervisor.  

Receptionist/Runner - Will relieve the receptionist on daily breaks, lunch and for any other reason the receptionist does not report to work.
