Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machines and assemble rubber and plastic products in accordance with work instructions.
  • Ensure a continuous flow of gaskets at the required cycle time to meet production targets.
  • Perform quality checks and adhere to all work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Comply with all OSHA safety and health regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
