Job description

Line Leaders are front line leaders responsible of operating and controlling one of our four on production machines. They manage a team of product packers and an assistant line leader. Line Leaders need to be results driven leaders, capable of driving a team to complete production requirements.

Pay

Starting pay of $18.00 per hour during training / monthly production bonus up to additional $1.00 per hour worked.

Shift Details:

Weekday Shift: Monday - Thursday: 5am – 4:00pm (40 hours/wk)

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday: 4:30am – 5:00pm (36 hours/wk + 4 hour bonus)

Weekend 2nd Shift: Friday - Sunday: 4:30pm -5:00am (36 hours/wk + 4 hour bonus)

Job Details:

· Plan, organize, and execute production runs

· Continuous machine inspection for proper operation

· Product Quality inspection to ensure your final product meets desired AQL’s

· Ensure your team follows all safety procedures

· Team Leadership and management

· Coordination between management scheduling and employees to achieve expectations

· Familiarity with machine operation in a manufacturing environment

· Painting experience is a plus
