What you'll do
Product Assembly: Build rubber products including hoses, elbows, and expansion joints by following build sheets, drawings, and production specifications.
Daily Operations: Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and maintain a supportive work environment.
Training & Development: Participate in on-the-job training, shadow experienced employees, and progressively take on independent work within two to three weeks.
Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel required; role is 100% onsite at the Candler, FL facility.
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you'll bring

Must-haves:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
