About the Role:

Machine Operator - 250 - Taping

First Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm

This position is located in Glenwillow, Ohio.

Hourly Rates starting at $21.00 and up. Increase pay rate after 90 days. Plus Shift Differential Pay. Paid Weekly.


Job Summary:

Wrap tape/fiberglass thread onto bare conductor as specified on the engineering design sheet and continue the process by placing the material on the proper reel and placing it in Braid department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • General housekeeping of all equipment and the floor in the assigned area.
  • Keep accurate and detailed production records using various methods.
  • Communicate clearly with other team members and supporting departments.
  • Prompt and regular attendance is required to be successful in this role.
  • This role requires you to work in a manufacturing plant
  • This role requires you to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
