Leaders should be fair, consistent, predictable, transparent.* Improve the technical and decision-making capabilities of the Associates.* Be a steward of talent: coach and develop associates and drive development plans for direct reports and organization.* Use plant data analysis tools for performance metric tracking, reporting, and problem solving.
