We’re searching for a Precision Grinding & CNC Setup Specialist in Peterborough, New Hampshire who thrives on dialing in machines for ultra-precise parts used in aerospace, defense, medical, dental, and advanced technology products. If you’ve set up CNC lathes, machining centers, or grinders—and love solving tricky setup puzzles—this role is for you.

  • You enable Operators to run stable, repeatable processes with confidence.
What you’ll do
  • Set and adjust CNC lathes, machining centers, and precision grinders for new and repeat jobs.
  • Load programs, select tooling, establish offsets, and tune speeds/feeds and compensation.
  • Produce and verify first-off parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Diagnose and correct issues related to tooling, workholding, and parameters.
  • Coach Operators, document best practices, and support continuous improvement activities.
