We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Infor ERP implementation services team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end technical aspects for cloud migrations, and system integrations from inception through post-go-live support including Tenant Strategy, RICE development, Security, Data Conversions and Archiving. You will provide solution delivery strategies for technical deliverables and bridge the gap between functional consultants and the client. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical background in Cloudsuite system architecture, data migration, and RICE development, paired with robust project management capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
  • Direct technical workstreams across multiple concurrent Infor ERP projects supporting enterprise cloud migrations and implementations, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Identify and lead efforts to resolve complex technical issues
  • Manage and coordinate work performed by technical consultants within project scope
  • Direct data strategy
  • Translate complex client business requirements into precise technical specifications
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams to manage cloud environments, dev/test sandboxes, and production deployment cycles
  • Act as the primary liaison between client IT directors, internal developers, functional consultants, and third-party software vendors
  • Define project scope, create detailed technical work breakdown structures (WBS), and map out dependencies and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with PM's and Program Managers on project schedule and budget execution
  • Proactively identify technical risks, design flaws, or performance bottlenecks, developing mitigation plans before they impact timelines
  • Support client training, adoption and post-go-live transition as required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience managing multiple mid-to-large-scale Infor Cloudsuite implementations on the service provider/consulting side
  • Prior professional experience as a software engineer, database administrator, or systems analyst is heavily preferred

Certifications & Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and traditional Waterfall project delivery models
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI-ACP certification is highly desirable

Additional Information
Location: Position is nationwide and requires minimal travel nationwide as well as the discipline to work from home as needed.
Salary: Pay commensurate with experience.
