Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance RPG IV and ILE RPG applications on IBM i. Analyze and refactor existing RPG code to improve performance, maintainability, and application design. Use GitHub for source control, collaboration, and code management. Troubleshoot production issues, debug applications, and implement ongoing enhancements. Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle. Support application testing, deployment, and knowledge-transfer activities. Required Qualifications At least seven years of RPG IV or ILE RPG development experience on the IBM i/AS/400 platform. Hands-on experience enhancing, refactoring, or modernizing existing RPG applications. Experience using GitHub for source-code management and team collaboration.
