• Weekly payments – every Friday (on time)
• Flight ticket provided (one-time initially, from anywhere in the US to pick up the truck)
• Fuel cards provided: Silchuk Fuel cards (Pilot, Loves, TA and Petro brands) | Relay payments cardless program (Pilot brands)
• Loads across all 48 states
• Company shop & parking in Cincinnati, OH
• Equipment provided: Truck + 53’ dry van trailer
• Freight: Spot loads / Dry goods (Live load / Live unload/no touch)
• Bonus & charge system discussed individually
• 24/7 dispatch, logbook team
Requirements:
• NO SAP drivers
• Drug test required (company arranged)
• At least 4000-4500 miles weekly expected
• Clean MVR (no violations)
• Clean background (no criminal history)
• Legal status: Green card or U.S. citizen
• Must be able to use tracking apps
• Good English & communication skills with brokers, dispatchers and other co-workers
• CDL experience: minimum 2 years
• Escrow: $2500 ($250 weekly for 10 weeks)
• Truck speed: governed at 69–70 mph max
• Official contract based on W-1099 only (The driver should have a business (LLC, Inc., or etc) and business bank account) E-signature or paper option
Home Time Options:
• 2 weeks OTR → 2 days off
