Position Summary:


The Route Manager supports the efficient operation of assigned routes. This position ensures routes are optimized, customer concerns are addressed promptly, and scheduling needs are managed with accuracy and consistency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and organize routes for assigned technicians in the most efficient drive order, accounting for appropriate drive time.
  • Answer inbound customer and sales calls, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Monitor and work open service tickets with urgency and efficiency.
  • Ensure all follow-ups are completed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Be the go-to resource for technicians throughout the day, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Respond to all relevant emails within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Proactively communicate any operational needs, issues, or delays to the supervisor at least 1 hour before the end of shift.



Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with route planning software or mapping tools (Preferred)
  • 2 years of Customer service experience (Preferably dispatching)
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Requirements:
  • Have call center experience (Preferred)
  • Be able to pass a background
  • Be able to pass a drug screening
  • Be available Monday-Friday
