What you will enjoy doing*
  • In this role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently and efficiently
  • Ensure all operational activities are conducted safely and reliably in full compliance with HAZMAT and Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation requirements
  • You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customers and locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde's quality assurance system
  • Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standards
  • Maintain, review and verify work order summaries to ensure timely shipments
  • You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations
  • Manage personnel fairly and consistently, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages motivation, information sharing, and employee empowerment

What makes you great
  • You must have a high school diploma; a ollege degree is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of two (2+) years of leadership experience, along with at least two (2+) years in Distribution, Logistics, or Transportation
  • You will have strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Demonstrated reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • You have are self motivated with the proven ability to work independently and while maintaining a high level of accountability
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict in a fair and constructive manner
  • This role requires basic computer proficency with the ability to quickly learn new applications, and tnavigate all levels and areas of the facility
