Job description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: South Brunswick / Cranbury, NJ area
Job Type: Full-time (No remote)

Overview:
Premier Accessory Group is a well-established and prestigious organization looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. We need a highly motivated and positive individual with at least 3 years of recent administrative assistant or office management experience in a corporate setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to multiple personnel, and maintaining a polished and professional image of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform invoicing and filing tasks accurately.
  • Manage general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing.
  • Schedule and route shipments while coordinating with team members.
  • Answer phones and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel
  • Provide support to multiple personnel with administrative duties.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar type ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude and ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 10AM-6PM
Friday: 9AM-4PM

Compensation:
Compensation to be discussed based on qualifications and experience.
