Role Overview  

How you will make an impact: 

  • Prioritizes customers' goals based on special needs/specifications, ensuring proper staging of the orders to facilitate expedition. 
  • Have knockout verbal and written skills to communicate with customer service and customers' traffic departments on a daily basis.  
  • Slam dunk communication with customer service as well as retail services. 
  • Various other tasks as assigned include, but are not limited to, the preparation of documents, running Excel reports, and analyzing spreadsheets. 
  •  Computer skills to access the logistics websites of customers to schedule the release and routing for shipments to these customers. 

What you bring to the team: 

  1. Basic computer knowledge. 
  1. Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Manhattan Activ,e preferred. and the ability to understand TMS 
  1. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills. 
  1. Great organizational skills with a winning record of updating data accurately. 
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  1. Strong verbal and written bilingual communication skills. 
  1. Strong computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Suite Apps. 
  1. The ability to work in a warehouse home team environment with a winning set of communication skills. 
  1. Have your game on to work a shift with overtime, as necessary (i.e., flexible hours & days) 
  1. Familiarity with Professional Sports Leagues and Teams is a plus. 
  1. Attention to detail. 
  1. Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, depending on the daily work volume.  
  1. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 
  1. Accurately sum up and record data. 
  1. Other responsibilities as required.
