We are seeking Sales Supervisor to join our hard working and fast-paced team. This person will be responsible for managing a group of Route Sales Representatives in the distribution and merchandising of our products. Supervisors act as adviser, trainer and administrator of company policies and procedures. Emphasis is on service to our customers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a group of Route Sales Representatives
  • Assume complete responsibility for obtaining profitable sales in the assigned area as established by the Sales Manager
  • Establish with each Route Sales Rep. the specific objectives for their area of responsibility.
  • Provide feedback to route salesmen on acceptable standards of performance.
  • Capability to perform all duties required of a Route Sales Rep. and run a route as necessary to provide customer service, relief and/or training.
  • Maintain, by personal contact, a positive working relationship with all key accounts.
  • Assist each route supervised with order control for maximum sales and minimum returns.
  • Adherence to company policies.
  • Support and adherence to Franz Core Values
  • Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Must have a proven safe work history
  • Must have an excellent driving record
  • Route sales experience
  • Superior communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Leadership Skills (i.e. excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and problem solving ability)
  • Computer Skills - Windows Office, Outlook, Excel.
  • Required to follow plant / sales safety guidelines and procedures.
