The Account Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and optimizing the distribution routes within a designated territory. This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of route sales representatives, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded. The Route Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share, build strong customer relationships, and improve overall route profitability. Additionally, this role involves analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and capitalize on new opportunities. Ultimately, the Account Manager ensures that the sales and distribution process operates smoothly, contributing directly to the company’s revenue and customer retention goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in route sales or distribution.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and route optimization.
