Job description

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format.
As a Service Representative, you will be assigned a company vehicle and responsible for servicing a designated route of refill kiosks. This is not a sales position. This role is focused entirely on the upkeep, cleanliness, and proper operation of our refill kiosks.
Your primary responsibilities include safely driving to each kiosk and performing routine cleaning, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure all water and ice kiosks are fully functional, clean, and operating at peak performance for customers.
This position is highly independent and hands-on. Success in this role requires taking pride in maintaining and cleaning equipment, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership over the condition and performance of each kiosk on your route
This position works independently and you must take pride in your work.
