We are hiring for this position in Trinity's Waltham, MA & San Francisco, CA office.

We areseekinghard-working, committed andintellectually curiousindividualswho are passionate about the life sciences. AtTrinity,Associate Consultantsareanintegral part of project teams comprised ofstaff,management,and leadershipteam members. Associate Consultantswill haveexposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues, as well as the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, ranging from smallbiotech'stolarge pharma.

Associate Consultants develop their skills through extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their analytical, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

This is a two-year program that rotates through different practice areas within Trinity's Advisory teams. This program is designed to build future leaders and accelerate their careers by gaining exposure and knowledge to Trinity's offerings. Upon completion of the two-year program, graduates assume positions that best align with the business need, and their interests. Practice areas that our Associate Consultants could rotate through include, but are not limited to, are:

  • Evidence, Value, Access & Pricing (EVAP)
  • Strategic Advisory (SA)
  • Primary Market Research (PMR)
  • Centers of Excellence (COE)

Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct secondary researchusinghealthcare databases (i.e.EvaluatePharma,RedBook,Cortellis, etc.)toinformanalyses ondrug pricing,clinicalpipelines, marketplacedynamics, etc.
  • Design, developand utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key clientdecision-making
  • Coordinate and conductprimary market researchwithphysicians, patients, payersand otherkey healthcarestakeholders
  • Interpret,analyze,andsynthesizeclinical, scientific, and businessdata and research, and present findings to project teams andclients
  • Develop presentationsand other outputsin collaboration withprojectteams for clientdeliverables
  • Ability to thrive in a rotational environment, adapting to a variety of project types and evolving team dynamics

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Interest in the Pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Trinity is unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas, including but not limited to TN, H1-B, F-1, and STEM OPT.

Work Experience:0-2 years of experience in consulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.
