Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $74-79/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Lead the design, development, and execution of enablement programs that equip field, operations, and account management teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to drive business growth. Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver onboarding, training, content management, and go-to-market readiness initiatives while supporting a fast-growing global organization.
This role requires a strong program manager with experience in sales enablement, learning and development, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and comfortable balancing program execution with hands-on content creation in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Job Functions:
- Design, implement, and optimize onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for field and account management teams.
- Partner with business leaders to develop enablement strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Create and maintain playbooks, eLearning courses, facilitator guides, worksheets, videos, and other training materials.
- Manage content within enablement and knowledge management platforms, ensuring documentation remains current and easily accessible.
- Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives by preparing customer-facing teams with the necessary training and resources.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Communications, and other cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate enablement initiatives.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and field teams to continuously improve training programs and learning experiences.
- Track program milestones, communicate progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Leverage AI-powered enablement and coaching tools to improve engagement, knowledge retention, and sales effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, scale learning programs, and enhance organizational readiness.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience designing onboarding, enablement, or learning and development programs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Excel, Highspot or similar content management platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, Canva Pro, Figma, Gong, or AI/LLM tools is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments while balancing strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales enablement, learning and development, program management, training, or related fields.
- Experience supporting sales, account management, or go-to-market organizations within both enterprise and high-growth environments is highly preferred.
