Launch your international career with TRUMPF through our 21-month Sales & Service Graduate Program. Gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales, and service functions while collaborating with teams in the US, Germany, and other global subsidiaries. Through cross-functional rotations, mentorship, and international exposure, you will build a strong foundation for a long-term career within TRUMPF before transitioning into a permanent role aligned with your strengths and interests.
What You’ll Experience- Cross-Functional Rotations - Gain exposure to key areas within our marketing, sales, and service organizations. Contribute to strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and customer-focused projects while developing a broad understanding of the business.
