Whether you're bringing hands-on experience or a recent technical education, this is an opportunity to grow your career with a supportive maintenance team.What You'll EarnStarting pay: $29.49 per hourOpportunities to expand your skills in electrical, instrumentation, automation, and maintenance systems.Schedule12-hour rotating swing shift4 days on / 4 days offDay Shift: 7:45 AM – 7:45 PMNight Shift: 7:45 PM – 7:45 AMWeekend and holiday work may be required as part of the rotation.What You'll DoAssist with the installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems.Diagnose and resolve equipment issues alongside experienced technicians and engineers.Support automated equipment, controls, sensors, and environmental systems.Document maintenance activities using the plant's CMMS (MAINTelligence).Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all plant safety standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help maximize equipment reliability.What We're Looking ForRequired:Minimum of 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (boiler systems experience may also qualify), ORA technical certificate or associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Systems, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.Basic knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical systems.Ability to work rotating shifts and respond to call-ins when necessary.Preferred Qualifications:OSHA 10-Hour General Industry CertificationNFPA 70E CertificationJourneyman Electrician License (or actively pursuing)Experience with Variable Speed Drives (VSDs/VFDs), PLCs, HMIs, and automated control systemsAbility to read electrical schematics, loop drawings, and wiring diagramsBoiler operations or troubleshooting experienceExperience using CMMS software and preventive maintenance programs
