As a Greeter/Host, you are the face of RHG and the first smile our guests see. You set the tone for their experience, creating a warm and welcoming environment while seamlessly managing the flow of our dining room. - Welcome & Engage: Greet every guest with genuine warmth, engaging in friendly conversation while seating them promptly.
- Coordinate the Experience: Manage the restaurant waitlist during peak times to set accurate guest expectations.
- Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain clear communication with team members and managers to ensure efficient table use and guest seating.
- Reset & Refresh: Ensure vacant tables are sanitized and reset promptly to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
