Job description

The Room Service Server enhances the guest experience by providing prompt, courteous, and professional in-room dining service. By delivering meals with attention to detail and proper etiquette, this role ensures each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

  • Answer the room service phone within three rings, provide menu information, and take guest orders accurately.
  • Relay orders promptly to the kitchen and/or bar for preparation.
  • Arrange meals on trays with attention to presentation, sanitation, and timeliness.
  • Deliver orders to guest rooms, ensuring professional etiquette and service standards.
  • Replenish supplies of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes at the room service station.
  • Collect trays from guest rooms and hallways promptly, assisting guests with the removal of items as needed.
  • Complete side work assigned by management to support smooth department operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
