Multifamily Construction Superintendent – Roofing & Siding

Join DominionX/RoyalX, as a Full-Time Multifamily Construction Superintendent – Roofing & Siding and lead multi-family exterior construction projects in Raleigh and Durham, North Carolina.

This role is responsible for overseeing roofing, siding, and other exterior projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and onsite labor teams
  • Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections and final project walkthroughs
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards, building regulations, and company policies
  • Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
  • Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and reports
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Strong project management and leadership skills

  • Experience supervising multi-family and/or commercial construction projects
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with project management software and construction documentation
  • Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
  • 3 years experience strongly preferred
