Job description

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Colorado will oversees the job in progress to ensure that it is on schedule, meets budget both with labor and materials, and monitors each job's safety record. Job Functions of the Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Toronto Manage and supervise commercial roofing crews and commercial roofing jobs Attend and participate in Pre-construction meetings Read and understand field books with various construction job scopes of work, plans and specifications to be able to properly plan out jobs and perform work accordingly within schedules and budgets Establish lines of communication with external and internal customers (GC's, Building Owners, Owners Representatives, Consultants, Project Managers, Accounting, Operations, Field Personnel, Etc.) before, during and after job completion Instructs the best practices for roofing production by fully participating in on the job training as well as periodic manufacturer training. Trains employees on safety procedures and safety equipment. Teaches terminology of roofing materials, tools, and equipment and proper use. Plans, administrates, and participates as instructor in company sponsored education programs for new hires and developing roof technicians.
