As a Production Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our roofing operations team while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, learning new skills, and growing within a company that invests in its people.

You won't spend your days behind a desk. Instead, you'll be in the field, supporting crews, assisting with project coordination, and learning the ins and outs of roofing production. For the right person, this position can serve as a pathway to Production Coordinator, Production Manager, and other leadership opportunities within the organization.

What You'll Do

As a Production Assistant, you'll help keep projects running efficiently by:

  • Delivering materials and supplies to job sites
  • Ensuring crews have the tools and resources needed to stay productive
  • Assisting with job site setup and support activities
  • Communicating updates between field crews and the production team
  • Taking project photos and uploading documentation into company systems
  • Tracking materials and reporting shortages or concerns
  • Performing basic site inspections and quality checks (training provided)
  • Supporting Production Managers with daily operational tasks
  • Learning roofing systems, construction best practices, and safety standards
  • Collecting project completion documents from customers
  • Payment Collection from customer
