We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Outside Sales Team Lead to lead our direct marketing team, with a primary focus on community events, fairs, festivals, and home shows, along with canvassing support.

This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Outside Sales Reps who generate qualified leads and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants.

You'll play a critical role in driving brand presence in local communities while building a high-performing, energetic team that thrives on connection, performance, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Reps focused on canvassing, events and direct marketing (fairs, festivals, home shows)
  • Drive team performance against lead generation and appointment-setting goals
  • Work in the field as a player-coach, supporting event execution and canvassing efforts
  • Plan and oversee daily team activities, including event schedules and outreach efforts
  • Track performance, ensure lead quality, and maintain accurate reporting
  • Support hiring and foster a positive, high-energy team culture

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and motivate teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in field and in event environments
