We specialize in dependable roofing systems, responsive service, and helping customers protect and improve their properties with efficient, professional roofing expertise.
We are looking for Commercial Roofing Laborers for our production and service teams in Laramie, Wyoming!

Commercial Roofing Laborer Summary:
You will be working outdoors on commercial roofing projects alongside experienced foremen and crew members. The job involves climbing ladders, bending, lifting materials, and working with a variety of roofing systems, tools, and techniques. Training is provided onsite, with opportunities for advancement as you develop your skills and experience.
Commercial Roofing Laborer Requirements:
  • Enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team
  • Be comfortable working in varying and extreme weather conditions
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly; repeated bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
  • Must be comfortable with heights and working on roofs
  • Perform roofing work according to job specifications while following all safety guidelines
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license a plus
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and sloped roofing systems (tile/shingles) is helpful but not required
  • Previous residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
Working Conditions:
  • Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and varying temperatures
  • Physical effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, and frequent lifting
  • Travel: Local travel within Wyoming may be required
