Position Summary

As a Commercial Roofing Laborer, you will assist roofing crews in the installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of commercial roofing systems. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with installation and repair of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing.
  • Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
  • Remove existing roofing systems and prepare surfaces for installation.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  • Work collaboratively with foremen, supervisors, and crew members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Qualifications

Preferred

  • Previous commercial roofing or construction experience.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and installation methods.
