Your Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads in residential markets
• Perform roof inspections and present tailored solutions
• Guide homeowners through insurance and repair processes
• Build strong relationships and help homeowners
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Attend two sales meetings per week
• One GPS meeting per week
• Attend company events in the community

What We're Looking For: 

• Sales experience is required (home improvement/roofing preferred)
• Confident, self-driven, and motivated to learn
• Comfortable with door-to-door and field sales
• Strong communicator with a professional presence
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willing to work outdoors and conduct roof inspections
