Roofing Technician (Roofing + Painting)


Pay: Starting at $25+/hour DOE
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week (based on workload)
Location: Medford, Oregon


On behalf of our client, BBSI is looking for experienced Tradesmen to join their growing team! If you have roofing experience, take pride in your craftsmanship, and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. While this position focuses primarily on roofing, you'll also assist with painting and other general construction projects as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Perform residential and commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Assist with interior and exterior painting projects.
  • Measure, cut, and install roofing materials using hand and power tools.
  • Prepare work areas and protect surrounding property.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain job sites before, during, and after projects.
  • Inspect work for quality and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
  • Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
  • Perform general labor and other construction-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Previous roofing experience required.
  • Painting experience is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of common construction tools and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
