Job description

Roofing Estimator (Sales)
Full Time | Paid training provided, Uncapped commission

Be Part of Something New — and Built to Last!
Integrity Roofing & Construction is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new location in Portland! As we expand into this growing market, we're looking for driven, relationship-focused professionals to join us on the ground floor and help shape our presence in the area. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of building something with purpose, backed by a team that values integrity, quality, and people.
We’re ready to grow, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us.

If you're motivated, independent, and passionate about helping homeowners protect what matters most, we want to talk to you. Come work with a team that treats you like a professional, supports your goals, and gives you the tools to succeed.
What you'll be doing
  • Independently manage your daily schedule, conducting 1 to 3 customer appointments per day with a focus on building relationships and closing roofing sales.
  • Utilize provided leads effectively while also engaging in light prospecting activities, such as neighborhood outreach, to generate additional business opportunities.
  • Accurately assess roofing projects on-site, preparing detailed estimates based on profit margin to maximize commission potential.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with potential clients to nurture leads and drive sales to completion.
  • Collaborate with the sales director and team to align efforts, share insights from the field, and contribute to growth
  • Manage your own work independently, embracing a self-motivated, commission-based role with minimal supervision.
  • Use basic digital tools such as email and Excel to document estimates, track appointments, and communicate with the team.
  • Generating leads for the company, through local networking and door knocking in areas around job builds.
What we're looking for
  • Self-motivated and driven individual comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
  • Proven success in a commission-based sales environment, ideally with experience in roofing or home services sales.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills, focused on trust and genuine customer care rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including working from home, in a vehicle, and visiting job sites regularly.
  • Comfortable with prospecting activities such as following up on leads and occasional door knocking, balanced with provided lead generation support.
  • Basic computer skills sufficient to handle email, Excel, and simple digital tools; no advanced technical expertise required.
  • Preferred but not required: prior knowledge of roofing or construction to ease training and understanding of the industry.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment with seasonal fluctuations and a startup office atmosphere.
What you'll need
  • Proven experience in sales or estimating, preferably with 3 to 5 years in roofing, home services, or related industries.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a 100% commission-based environment, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and operating as a “business within a business.”
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with customers.
  • Ability to run 1 to 3 sales appointments per day, effectively follow up on leads, and close deals.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with email and Excel; no advanced technical knowledge required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with willingness to work from home, in a vehicle, and visit job sites regularly.
  • Preferred but not required: knowledge of roofing or construction to ease training and improve estimating accuracy.
  • Willingness to engage in some prospecting activities, such as light door knocking or neighborhood outreach, to generate additional leads.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work environment and equipped with company-provided tools including a truck, computer, cell phone, and gas card.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth in a new market area.
What we offer
  • Strong uncapped commission potential
  • Weekly paid training
  • Collaborative, professional team culture that values people over pressure
  • Growth potential in a new and expanding market
  • 401K with company match
  • Unlimited PTO after 1 year of employment
  • Medical and dental benefits
We’re looking for people who want to be part of something meaningful from the very beginning. Let’s build something great together!
