Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, experienced residential and commercial roofing salesman with experience in obtaining and closing roofing contracts. Candidates must be respectful, customer service oriented, hardworking, and highly self-motivated. The ideal candidate would be a candidate that doesn't need a job, but wants a job.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Must have 3-5 years' experience as a roofing estimator, understanding of industry standard roofing practices, techniques, codes and regulations, and valid state driver's license with clean driving record, reliable working truck
  • Basic contract knowledge
  • Ability to estimate projects of various sizes and scope (ability to read plans a plus)
  • Must be able to manage company and customer demands
  • Must be efficient and organized
  • Must at all times present an attitude of professionalism, honesty, integrity and respect
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both written and orally
  • Must be able to deal with unexpected challenges in a professional and calm manner
  • Highly motivated self-starter with ability to develop and cultivate new and existing relationships with potential customer
