We are a small roofing company servicing Columbia County seeking Office Assistance, CRM Set-Up, Website Design and IT Support. This role supports our small team by managing CRM implementation and system maintenance, providing office support, and handling minor IT troubleshooting and data management. The position reports directly to the owner and involves option for part-time or full-time employment, with potential for expanded responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain CRM systems to streamline company operations
  • Provide general office support including document management and data entry
  • Troubleshoot minor IT issues and maintain office technology systems
  • Manage QuickBooks Online for financial record-keeping

We have 3 roofing crews who have all worked for us for several years. Prior to specializing in roofing, we did remodeling. We have been in business since 2007. We take pride in our employees, and the quality of their craftsmanship.
