Job description

Lead Metal Roofing Installer / Foreman

Linkville Roofing & Siding is hiring an experienced Lead Metal Roofing Installer to oversee metal roofing projects throughout the Klamath Basin.

This is a hands-on foreman position for someone who can lead a crew, maintain high-quality workmanship, and complete projects safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate already understands metal roofing installation and can quickly learn and follow our company processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and training roofing crews on the job site
  • Tearing off existing roofing systems
  • Replacing damaged decking, boards, and structural wood as needed
  • Installing underlayments, ice and water barriers, and weather-resistant barriers
  • Installing standing seam, mechanical lock seam, AG panel, exposed-fastener, and other metal roofing systems
  • Fabricating and installing flashing, trim, valleys, penetrations, and roof details
  • Maintaining job-site safety, cleanliness, production, and quality standards
  • Communicating with production managers, customers, and crew members

Qualified candidates must have strong metal roofing experience, leadership ability, a valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
