Description
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Rollback Driver to transport equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently to and from job sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate a rollback truck in a safe and professional manner. A valid Class B CDL is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a rollback truck to transport vehicles and/or equipment
  • Load and unload vehicles or equipment using winches and securement systems
  • Properly secure all loads in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and logs
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and job site personnel
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned truck


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Valid Class B CDL (required)
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Experience operating a rollback truck or similar equipment preferred
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement standards
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
