  • Vehicle Transport: Safely operate a rollback flatbed truck to tow or haul passenger cars, medium-duty equipment, or wrecked vehicles.
  • Loading and Securing: Use hydraulic controls to tilt and slide the bed, operate winches, and apply chains, straps, or wheel-lifts to tightly secure cargo for transport.
  • Documentation: Complete daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR), tow logs, and client paperwork or digital invoices accurately.
  • Customer Service: Interact with repossession agents, law enforcement, and repair shop personnel in a professional, empathetic, and communicative manner.
