Who are we hiring?
Reporting to the Manager Performance Marketing, The Specialist, Performance Marketing - Paid Media will drive effective and efficient improvements across MSGE paid media campaigns that are core to all MSG business strategies including Rockettes, Concerts & Bookings, New York Rangers, and New York Knicks. This role will collaborate and strategize with Marketing Strategy teams to identify customized marketing solutions and develop best-in-class media campaigns, along with KPI frameworks, that apply business insights to support channel and spend optimizations, reporting out results regularly and forecasting near- and long-term performance to achieve business goals.
What will you do?
  • Execute media campaigns in-house and/or with external media agencies across multi-channels of: Programmatic, Paid Social, Search, Online Video, Out-of-Home, Audio, and more
  • Execute multi-channel media campaigns (in-house and with agencies) across programmatic, paid social, search, online video, out-of-home, and audio
  • Support the development of data-driven, multi-channel media plans to drive conversion and awareness; present performance-focused recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage paid media budgets by optimizing spend and media mix to achieve KPIs, while partnering with Finance on invoicing, pacing, and budget tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing Strategy, Insights, Creative, Ticketing) to deliver integrated performance marketing strategies across segmentation, media, and CRM
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and lead regular performance reporting cadences, including stakeholder and performance marketing meetings
  • Support day-to-day management of internal and external partners, including agencies, vendors, and data/measurement platforms
  • Maintain key media documentation, including flowcharts and budgets
  • Provide insights and thought leadership on media trends, innovations, and changes impacting performance marketing
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?
  • 3+ years' experience in media planning, executing measurement and reporting, either in-house or at an agency
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related experience.
  • Strong performance marketing expertise across traditional and digital channels, with a data-driven approach to driving sales and conversions
  • Hands-on experience with media platforms and dashboards (e.g., Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Google Ads, SA360)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize media performance
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets and maximizing return on ad spend
  • Proven experience managing agencies and holding them accountable to KPIs and business outcomes
  • Solid understanding of the media landscape, industry trends, and attribution models
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and execute at both strategic and operational levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage senior audiences
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
